Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits, handle office work, and manage projects for large commercial and industrial properties.
Work independently while ensuring minimal supervision.
Assess risks at client facilities and accurately evaluate physical and human element exposures.
Perform site assessments, including roofs, and evaluate hazards such as water supplies, dust, chemical storage, and product storage arrangements.
Ensure compliance with FM Global Engineering Standards and provide recommendations and engineering solutions to clients.
Work from a home office and travel to clients' facilities daily (up to 20% overnight travel expected). Travel to Natural Catastrophe sites may be required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (various specialties considered).
Zero to five years of industry experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Efficient time management ability with minimal supervision.
Diverse knowledge of engineering principles.
Physical ability to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, balance, and deal with heights.
Proficiency in MS Office products.
Valid driver’s license.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and location. The hiring range is $68,300 to $98,100.
