Job Description: Lead and maintain the NFT portfolio, including planning, scheduling workload, scripting, build and execute performance testing scripts as part of project delivery. Proving of non-functional requirements for performance, resilience, monitoring operability. Proving of service changes in respect of Infrastructure (including Cloud), Software Networks. Supporting Change Management in the Pre-Production Environment including scheduling and clash management of competing change. Design, develop frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to enable test automation, CI/CD, and code quality. Lead the team for Test Scoping, Test Estimations based on Scope Risk, Test Planning, Test Specification, Automated Test Script Development and Test Execution Results Analysis. Stakeholder Management and People Management, including conflict resolution and prioritization of work for the team. Communicate to senior management and key stakeholders to ensure clear path to project deliverables. Mentor and provide effective coaching to Engineers and establish mechanisms for peer-to-peer learning and mentoring. Interpretation of System Resource Monitoring outputs to determine pinch points in CPU, Memory, Disk i/o and Network circuits Risk Analysis and articulation of the NFT Approach for a Project Testing Requirement Problem Identification by analysis of Application Database logs to target Support team’s effort in the right areas. Technical Development of automation scripts based on appropriate HTTPS, SAP Batch, SQL, or Web Protocols to emulate volumes of traffic on the System Under Test Tracking Execution and keeping Project Stakeholders informed about Testing progress and escalating issues where necessary. Documentation of NFT Test Approach and Test Results in a way that can be understood by both Business Technical Stakeholders. Creating Knowledge Artefact’s for the wider team to use. Training coaching of new team members. JMeter/Blazemeter Scripting. Workload Automation (Batch Scheduling) Use of Excel Macros to Mock up Data Files Database SQL Perform code review, refactoring and tech debt elimination. Work with the Product Owner to define, prioritise and manage the product backlog to deliver on the product vision, goals, and roadmap. Publish and communicate the product strategy and roadmap to stakeholder and teams. Assess and prioritise work based on outcomes to deliver maximum value. Manage conflicts, issues, and risks to optimise solution and ensure alignment to scope. Promote continuous improvement. Relationships: Required to lead, build, and manage productive relationships with the following individuals/Teams: Solution Architects and Core Product Architects Core Product Business Analyst, Core Product Design specialists and Testing Teams Project Delivery Community teams: Program Managers, Project Managers, PMO, Business Technical BAs Operations, Service Managers, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Change Owners and Organisational Change Management Team Vendor Management Team other third parties Environment issue analysis and resolution with respective support teams. Experience: 10+ years of performance testing experience. Preferably with Functional Test Automation experience. Expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter/BlazeMeter ,K6,Gatling Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Scripting, Defect Management Test Reporting. Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments. Experience in AppDynamics, Splunk, AWS, Azure, and Jira. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage and Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications. Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis. Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports and monitoring of all defects and issues. Identifying memory leakage, connection issues Bottleneck problem in the application. Lead a team of high performing individuals in delivering projects. Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills.
