As a Software Engineer (SAP Fiori / UI) and member of an Agile Capability Team, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy leading edge SAP Fiori based solutions that will deliver value to our customers. The team leverages multiple technologies including SAP Fiori, SAP CRM and SAP PO BRM to deliver these new innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements Analysis Collaborates with product owners and stakeholders to ensure understanding of business priorities Creates and executes required test scenarios/plans to ensure complete testing on all new and changed components Helps to create a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency Collaborates with capability team to build an agile culture in teams. Identify design problems and devise usable solutions. Builds strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization Design Mock-ups based on Business Requirements Develop, test, debug, and implement SAP Fiori applications by working closely with functional and testing teams Partner with functional team to understand business requirements and prepare technical design specifications for applications. Provide advanced problem-solving and technical support, including on-call support for SAP Fiori Applications Follow established patterns, framework, and procedures to develop and enhance Fiori Applications Assist other SAP ABAP Developers as needed in relation to UI5 and Fiori Contribute ideas to improve utilization of SAP technologies and programming currently being used. Participate in road map activities in the assessment of emerging technologies. Ensures that third-party applications and products are customized to deliver a consistent end-user experience Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience 4+ years’ experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development in a professional environment Strong English speaking and writing skills Good understanding of FIORI concept, system architecture, FIORI Launch pad configuration and app integration. Extensive experience in Java Script, XML, JSON, CSS3, HTML and MVC Development framework Experience in OData Service consumption on UI using GET, PUT, POST methods Experience in ABAP Development will be considered as advantage. Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools and deployment of application on BTP is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs. Basic knowledge and experience of one or more SAP CRM modules Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical discipline Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience Experience in systems development lifecycle Experience with Agile development methodologies Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions Strong teamwork, customer service and organizational skills #LI-TB1 Rockwell Automation, Inc.
