This role sits within the Messaging Tribe and in the words of Duncan Ross, our Engineering Manager, “The Messaging Tribe as the name suggests, provide customer solutions for all things messaging. Multi regional messaging (Global), Omni Channel Messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Messaging, etc) and Inbound Conversational Messaging (Inbox, Broadcasts, Scheduled, etc). This tribe is core to the business whilst also exploring new opportunities to learn and grow the whole messaging experience for our customers. You’ll work closely with engineers on innovative products and projects, whilst also collaborating with product and support teams.You’ll be asked to;  Accurately estimate QA tasks, define scope, assess risks and solve quality challenges. Through your team, ensure high quality releases.
