Job Description Summary The role of the Project Software Engineer is to work with their Team to define, build, test, and deliver releasable, quality software product in a defined time box. What you will do Work with your Team to organize and manage work, including thoughtful participation during refinement sessions. Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to define, build, test, and deliver as necessary. Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, and delivery. Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Stakeholders. Work effectively with all applicable Stakeholders relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships. Comprehend blocking items that prevent planned work from being completed, then navigate to help eliminate the barriers. Provide technical and process guidance to Team Members that are less familiar with Web application development. Basic qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. Travel up to 10%. Preferred qualifications Minimum 8 years of related work experience. Significant experience in creation of software vision, research, prototyping, and deployment. Significant programming experience with Web development using Angular, C#, and ASP.NET Web APIs Ability to design, build, and maintain Web applications and hybrid Web applications. Desire to work on a self-organized Scrum Team. Passion for sharing knowledge and teaching others. Good communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Significant experience in Web Software development. Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines. Significant experience in developing and maintaining automated tests. Experience in Scrum. Experience with Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products. Experience in the industrial automation industry. Familiarity of SAFe.
