Aquila Mine are seeking a professional and energetic Administration Assistant for the Training Department. Based in Middlemount, QLD, and reporting to the Training Superintendent, the successful applicant will play an essential role in maintaining all training records at the mine, as well as managing induction queries and preparation.As a key team member in the Training department, the ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and effectively time manage is essential. The successful applicant would be required to have an exceptional attention to detail and the initiative to follow up on results to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work. Key to this role is the ability to build collaborative relationships with team members, ensuring that Anglo American’s culture and values are promoted in all interactions.As the Training Administration Assistant reporting to the Training Superintendent, some of your duties will include:Provide support to the Training Department with all administrative tasks including general office support, system administration, customer service, and commercial support as requiredMaintain and audit the training systems and recordsContribute to continuous improvement and best practice for training systemsUndertake other administrative duties as required
