• To support the new and upcoming stream of work related to Singapore Energy Transition to manage large scale imports, solar PV, ESS, DR/IL sandbox etc and review of the existing 30-minutes market structure. • Review the necessary amendments to the Market Rules and rule change proposals. • Review the necessary amendments to the System Operation Manual including the technical requirements/ performance standards for reserves and regulation provisions. • Review the necessary amendments to the Transmission Code, where relevant. • Provide market operational support and guidance to the System Operators including the activation of the Directed Supply Scheme and issuance of non-compliance notice. • Provide support to manage the system demand and solar PV forecasts. • Education in Power Engineering background is preferred • Relevant work experience in the power sector would be an advantage • Able to work both independently and also as a team The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
