The mandate will be to manage SOE Image and Application Packaging Services solutions and support project work, primarily SCCM, MSI and MDT.Reporting into the COE Tower Lead, details of specific requirements include:Devise new approaches to working, apply existing criteria in new manners and draw conclusions from comparative situationsDevelop and revise software and system technical documentationMake decisions on the assessment of tools and software productsTake a lead role in the pursuit of new business by identifying opportunities and participating in, or leading, tender responsesLead mandated software reviews as requiredExecute Full Spectrum Leadership imperativesComply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions, including those relating to non-discrimination, environment, safety, duty of care, and the quality management systemPlan, consult and monitor all project related activities to meet aggressive scheduleGather, assess and create rollout plans based on stakeholder’s readiness and availabilityPrepare for and participate in mandated engineering reviews, including review of subcontractor involvementParticipate in continuous quality improvement initiativesComply with legislation and company policies, processes and instructions, including those relating to non-discrimination, environment, safety, duty of care, and the quality management systemDisplay behaviours that reflect company values.
