ELV SALES ENGINEER (AMC)
1. Candidate should have min. 5 Years experience as Sales engineer with Sales & technical experience in Commercial, Residence and Hospitality Buildings with Role in the Sales & Business Development of ELV / Security systems like BMS, GRMS, Home Automation, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Wiring Accessories, Online / Offline Door Locks, Lighting Control etc.
2. Should have good existing client database and strong contacts with Developers, Consultants, Contractors and System Integrator in the UAE & other MEA market.
3. Candidate should also possess technical background to handle presentations, demos and discussions with the Clients, Consultants, Contractors etc., linked to ELV systems: CCTV & Access Control, Home Automation, GRMS, BMS, IT Infrastructure Solutions, Structured Cabling, Server Installation, , and General ELV Solutions as well.
4. Maintain effective communication between the Manufacturer, Partners, Consultants, contractor and internal support functions.
5. Should possess the capability to get our products approved & specified by Clients (Developers), Consultants, Project Management companies etc.,
7. Good communication & Presentation skills with an ability to compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding.
8. Should be able to professionally handle/manage to do the needful for technical submittals / material submittals for Client’s & Consultant’s approval and/or variations. Should be responsible to get the Client’s & Consultant’s approvals.
Qualifications:

Mandatory: Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) Certificate.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and maintenance of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, and other security solutions.
Proficiency in the design, installation, and maintenance of ELV systems.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to ELV systems.
Sales Skills:
Proven track record in sales, specifically in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for ELV systems.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
