Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:
Collaborate with the design team, architects, and clients to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure all engineering aspects align with the overall design vision.

Technical Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including structural assessments, material selection, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Vendor & Contractor Management:
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan and quality standards.

Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Prepare and submit regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all construction and installation work meets the required specifications and standards.

Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and progress reports. Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior management.

Client Interaction:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project. Address any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
1- 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
2- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
3- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
5- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
6- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7- Ability to speak English, Arabic, (Hindi if able)
