**Position:** Civil Engineer

**Experience:** 2-3 Years

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the construction and maintenance sector.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage construction and maintenance projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
