Overview The Deal and Client Management System (DCMS) is the primary repository for deal and client information within the Trust and Agency Services (TAS) organization. The DCMS application interfaces with multiple Corporate Bank (CB) systems to source client, account, and securities information, and cross-references this data with deals to provide the primary system for deal creation and reporting. As a member of the Client and Deal Tribe that manages the DCMS application, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the middleware, database, and backend components that ensure availability and integrity of this data. We are looking for a strong .NET Developer with experience developing distributed web applications using C#, REST APIs, Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, and messaging middleware. What We Offer You A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration A hybrid working model with up to 60% work from home, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days, a commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility Employee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagement Access to a strong network of Communities of Practice connecting you to colleagues with shared interests and values Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits, educational resources, matching gift and volunteer programs What You’ll Do Work closely with Technical Architects, Subject Matter Experts (SME), and Engineers within Trust and Agency Services, capture requirements, and develop appropriate technical designs solutions Understand challenging requirements, and ensure the correct solution is designed and implemented Interrogate/analyze data to raise questions/edge cases with SMEs Be actively involved in all planning sessions, aiding task breakdown, and estimation Carry out code reviews and help to ensure the quality of the code base Set and improve coding standards and ensuring developed code meets such standards Skills You’ll Need Experience working on large scale distributed software projects Extensive and in-depth knowledge of Web development with .NET Core, C#, VB.NET Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server) and integration/transformation systems (SQL Server Integration Services) Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, and Stateless Applications Experience building applications with message streaming (Kafka) and queuing middleware (MQ), and experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and other DevOps tools Skills That Will Help You Excel Extensive experience in designing and implementing software applications Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Outstanding collaboration and communications skills Self-starter Comfortable working in an Agile environment and advocate of agile engineering principles with a drive for automation - build/test tools, continuous integration, and delivery Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
