Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

Promote and sell Du plans tailored to businesses / Small medium enterprises. (SME)
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Provide detailed information about plan features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Delegating tasks to team members set deadlines.
Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
Collaborate with audit teams during Internal & external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Achievement of individual sales and productivity targets.
Oversee day-to-day operation.
