Partner with the best This Product Service Engineer will cover the role of Liaison engineer between Authorized Service Provider (ASP) and BH Service Engineering located in Houston and Florence. The primary responsibilities will be the qualification of ASP shops on the licensed technologies, specifically reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, centrifugal pumps. Will also be the primary entry point between the ASP and BH for shop and field service support whenever the ASP technicians require technical consultation. As a Lead Product Engineer, you will be responsible for: Structuring a proper qualification plan by prioritizing activities according to market opportunities and present/future ASP capabilities, in strict cooperation with Repair Engineering and Extended Network teams. Witnessing and supervising the ASP shop activities on Demonstration Piece and reporting to BH Engineering the results, problems, mistakes, and potential risks (technical/safety) Providing support and technical guidance to the ASP repair engineers or shop personnel to identify the proper repair method according to circumstances. Addressing the problem statement or directing the request to the proper engineering channel (i.e., Product Service for field activities, Repair, Design), providing direct resolution of cases. Evaluating the requests of Emergency Spare Parts by the ASP, verifying the legitimacy of the request, this based on customer needs and BH lead time for such parts. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's in Engineering or similar experience industry and 8+ yrs of experience in Engineering/Technology.
