Take ownership for project delivery As a Project Manager, you will take ownership for project delivery, profit loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources, also responsible for: Being responsible for customer project management for a non-supervisory roles (Wing to wing process management) Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities and suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributing to plan of larger unit and working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specific needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done. Diverse clients in a region. Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Receiving and checking order commercial clear and other information from customer and clarifying the order via kick off meeting, finishing the Order loading in ERP system Loading order into milestone system and monitoring the order progress and report to customer and handling project documents Customer documents submit for project closed Handling customer milestone payment , resolve the disputes and collect AR on time and ensuring customer satisfactory by resolving customer on site issue Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management), College graduate or above in Mechanical Engineering, Business English/International Trade . Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Project Management. Be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time within assigned region. Valves company working experience is preferred , EPC company working experience is preferred . GOOD at ERP system like SAP ect.
