Job Responsibilities : Store Manager for RazerStore Las Vegas Job Description Summary The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store, manages the store’s employees, and drives and maximizes sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales target. Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsible for the overall store experience, RazerStore standards, and company retail process. Manage all areas related to stock (store organization, replenishment, and inventory control). Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor managing clients personally as well as supporting/teaching staff on the same. Ensure consistency in the implementation of the Brand Experience both internally and externally. Ensure an excellent level of customer service is always prioritized. Ensure an excellent level of store maintenance and housekeeping is maintained through the execution and follow-up of daily/weekly/monthly processes. Align with regional and global teams to create excitement around product launches, programs, and events to build brand influence, and promote high customer attendance and sales results. Enforce all store and company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security, and ensure company standards are always met. Manage the store’s employees, including hiring, offboarding, performance evaluation, scheduling, assigning duties and responsibilities, and setting key performance indicators (KPIs). Review the daily, weekly, and quarterly financial data of the store regularly to ensure the store and staff are meeting their financial quotas. Train employees and provide continuing training and ongoing feedback and education about Brand, Category, and Product Knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned. Pre-Requisites : Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Strong leadership with the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet company targets. Proven ability to motivate a sales team and drive results through people. Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and strong attention to detail. Must possess a positive, professional, energetic attitude, and a passion for customer service, selling, operational excellence, and talent management. Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key industry-related relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media. Ability to work in a fast-paced public environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Analytical mindset and familiarity with basic sales data analysis principles. Strong interest in gaming and/or youth lifestyle brands valued. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Public speaking and store event management experience desirable. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
