Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Banking Finance Management Level Senior Associate Job Description Summary Your tasks You will support the servicing of a diverse client portfolio in the areas of tax function transformation, sustainability governance and reporting as well as tax transparency. You will focus on advising a diverse client portfolio in the areas of tax governance, tax strategy, tax target operating model and tax risk and control framework. You will manage the performance of benchmark analysis for various tax strategy, operations and transparency topic for supporting our clients understanding their tax function’s current state in these areas. You will support clients in driving efficiency through automation and enablement of technology for their tax function. And you will actively participate in business development activities to help identify new opportunities mainly in ESG tax related topics. You can fully develop in a working environment characterized by team spirit, trust and mutual support and acquire comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on- and off-the-job training. Your profile You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business administration or similar. You have 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of accounting, auditing and /or international tax consulting. You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and ideally German. You have strong numerical and analytical skills as well as being technologically competent and capable. You are curious, open-minded, committed, flexible and a team- and customer-oriented personality.
