About the Role:

Deliver results that meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
Present financial solutions that meet the unique needs and goals of each customer
Offer optional insurance products to provide customers with added peace of mind
Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loans to ensure clear understanding
Collaborate with local businesses to find and develop new customers
Learn credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with all laws and regulations


Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED


Preferred:

Experience in sales, collections, or customer service
Bilingual in Spanish
