Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive immigration consulting services to clients seeking employment abroad and in Dubai.
Guide clients through the visa application process, including work permits, residency permits, and other necessary documentation.
Advise clients on immigration laws, regulations, and policies relevant to their target countries.
Collaborate with HR consultants to align immigration services with job placement efforts.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and procedures in various countries, particularly in Dubai.
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, embassies, and consulates.
Provide personalized consulting services, taking into account each client's unique situation and goals.
Conduct seminars and workshops on immigration processes and job opportunities abroad.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of immigration consulting experience, preferably in Dubai.
In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and processes for various countries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex paperwork.
Proficient in using immigration management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Should have own visa or sponsored visa.
