We are looking for a Customer Contact Centre Consultant to join our Government Defence team in Brisbane.As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will contribute to this by assisting ADF Members as well as Corporate and Government clients with their relocation enquiries and needs.This is a meaningful and fulfilling job, providing assistance to ADF members with a range of inquiries via phone and email, operating on a flexible roster between 8.00am - 9.00pm Monday - Friday. Come into a supportive and collaborative team environment, where hybrid work options, career stability and other growth and development benefits are available.As the Customer Contact Centre Consultant you will:Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.Deliver exceptional customer service that focuses on the individual and delivers first class advice, assistance, advocacy and escalation resolution.Assist ADF members with their applicationsConduct questionnaires withADF members on service given and assistance provided.Data entry and general administration duties.Liaise with third parties where relevant to in relation to relocation services.
