A contractor role based in NYC for approximately 6 months
What are we looking for:
We’re looking for an energetic person who is inspired by our mission to own and deliver the projects associated with testing and developing innovation in our menu items. This person would have experience working with a recipe database, creating recipes for manufacturing and/or high volume service. They would have a strong culinary product development background and be thrilled to work with 100’s of food creators to enable them to sell new types of SKUs. This person will own taking the concepts and ideas of our planned projects and turning them into completed work with successful outcomes and metrics.
Projects:

SKU expansion development
New meal-type product development
Trial process development
Validation process development

Qualifications

5-10 years of menu development experience in reputable organizations
1-5 years of production experience in restaurant or manufacturing where recipes were used for production
A strong passion and knowledge base for food and food creators
Ability to work cross-functionally with several stakeholders
An analytical mindset and high EQ
Ability to work in our NYC facility
