Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the Hybrid sales team to implement an annual operating plan (AOP) for the branch, including performance and growth (orders, shipments, billings, operating expenses), resource deployment and strategy by working with peers from Industry, Market Access, BUs Domain Expert. Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of execution. Responsible for the execution of company strategic growth initiatives in the branch. Regular cadence review on each Account Manager’s opportunity list and key action plan to ensure an adequate sales funnel for business’s sustainability. Align collaborate to grow and develop distributors, Sis ecosystem partners. Work with Market Access team on distributor business plan review to keep developing and improving channels’ capabilities. Manage cost to sell including resource deployment, TE budgets at branch level, facility optimization. Monitor and manage branch’s TE reports. Provide continuous performance coaching and mentoring for the sales in the Branch and equip the team with the right skills competencies. Join leadership reviews to identify key talents and responsible for the talent development retention. Ethic s compliance messaging and updates at meetings. Report and address any inappropriate activity.
