Implementation Consultant - Point of SaleEntry - Mid level implementation professional to handle and complete Food and Beverage point of sale software (POS) implementation projects in hotel and restaurant environments.Understand the customers needs and operational workflow, install, setup and configure the solution at the customer site.POS implementation includes: understanding Food and Beverage operational flow,  user requirements / installation and setup of equipment such as servers, workstations, printers and other relevant devices / system configuration / restaurant menu items configuration / site survey and testing for the system equipment / user training / on-site system testing / simple documentation / moving hardware equipment on-site / go-live standby support / after go-live support / etc.Connecting and testing network cable connection for multiple hardware devices is required.Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flow.Report the additional functional request from customers to our internal Product and Development team.Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer.After go-live, provide technical support to the customer when necessary.Work coordination with various internal technical teams, such as Product Team / Support Team / Development Team, etc.Communicate project status with key project stake holders.Sense of urgency for project timelines and deliverablesFlexibility to work remotely/from homeImplementation Consultant - Hotel SystemsEntry level implementation professional to handle and complete enterprise platform systems in hotels, resorts and *** environmentsResponsible for installing, configuring and supporting enterprise platform productsTrain the application software with a demonstrated understanding of hotel management expertiseEnsure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flowReport the additional functional request from customers to our internal product and development teamsAnswer operational and application questions and consult the customerAfter go-live, provide technical support to the customer when necessaryWork coordination with various internal technical teams, such as Product Team / Support Team / Development TeamCommunicate project status with key project stake holdersThis role requires up to 80% travel however, working from home is now an optionSense of urgency for project timelines and deliverables
