Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Property Consultant to join our team. If you have a passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to help clients navigate the property market, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and rentals.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
Stay updated on market trends and property values to offer informed recommendations.
Prepare and present property proposals and market analyses.
Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful closings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience in property consulting or real estate sales (preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
Valid real estate license (if applicable).
