Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license(Optional)
