We are looking for a professional Property Advisor / consultant to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

· Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
· Conduct thorough consultations to identify specific property requirements.
· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
· Maintain and update listings of available properties.
· Cooperate with escrow companies, lenders.
· Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
· Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and list services.
· Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities.
· Analyze comparable property sales to provide accurate pricing recommendations.
· Coordinate and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.
· Highlight key features and benefits of each property to prospective clients.
· Regularly update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and current information.
· Document client interactions, property details, and transaction progress in the CRM to ensure a comprehensive and organized record.
