Position: Medical Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting and recruiting medical staff, coupled with a proven track record in medical sales and activating medical licenses (MOH-DHA-DOH).
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the medical industry.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and medical institutions.
3. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
4. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training to healthcare professionals.
5. Coordinate and facilitate the activation of medical licenses (MOH-DHA-DOH) for the sales team.
6. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard medical staff as needed.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets on a regular basis.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards********Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and events.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Healthcare, etc.).
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales within the UAE market.
3. Experience in HR consulting and recruiting medical staff is highly desirable.
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in activating medical licenses (MOH-DHA-DOH) is a must.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
