Responsbilities:
- Partnership Development: Identifying potential partners, including companies, agencies and organizations that can help achieve company goals.
- Negotiations: Leading negotiations on partnership agreements, including contract terms, commissions and performance metrics.
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners through regular communication, meetings and collaboration to strengthen collaboration and grow partnerships.
- Proposal Development: Creating customized offers and solutions for partners to meet their specific needs and goals.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively managing the partner deal funnel, including identifying potential leads, pursuing offers and managing deals.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitoring and analyzing partnership performance, including revenue contribution, customer retention and ROI, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Internal Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, particularly Marketing, Product and Customer Service, to ensure integration of partner offers and maximize customer satisfaction.
