We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Executive at Q LOGEX, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing commercial activities, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of shipping, logistics and freight forwarding industry, a proven track record in sales, and exceptional communication skills.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
Target new clients and retain existing.
Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with internal and external customers.
Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues including visit to the customer
Ensure timely reporting of documents
To be focused on sales objectives and targets agreed
Maintain & Update customer profile / data form
Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
Negotiate agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
Responding to customer queries with simple, straightforward and clear quotations.
Provide feedback and action required. Escalate issue to the Manager that cannot be resolved in a timely manner
Maintain a positive working relationship at all levels.
Any other reasonable duties / responsibilities that may be assigned by the Line Manager.
Comply with all the Company’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred.
At least two years' experience as a logistics sales executive in UAE.
Must possess a complete understanding of the Freight forwarding industry.
Organized, process- oriented.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to Multitask and Manage workload efficiently
Previous experience in sales, shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehousing will be advantageous.
Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
