Our key functions range from Group Finance, Treasury, Planning and Performance Management, and Investor Relations to enabling functions such as Finance Change and Administration. These teams make sure we cover all Finance specific aspects for our internal and external stakeholders such as shareholder, employees, clients, and regulators. Together, it is the role of Finance to oversee all financial details for Deutsche Bank globally. Sound financial principles are at the core of everything we do. You will join Group Finance - Infra Finance, which is mandated to ensure all Deutsche Bank’s internal transactions are compliant with key policies and tax standards and are governed, processed, and controlled to deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders in a cost-efficient manner. This function has the end-to-end responsibility for all intra-group transactions, including Transfer Pricing, Infrastructure allocations and Inter-Unit clearing. You can expect: Hybrid working arrangements with the opportunity to work in the office and remotely from home Competitive salary and non-contributory pension 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional days Life Assurance and Private Healthcare for you and your family A range of flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, a Bike4Work scheme and Gym benefits The opportunity to support a wide-ranging CSR programme + 2 days’ volunteering leave per year Your key responsibilities Providing high quality business decision support pertaining to financial planning analysis of key financial metrics (profit loss), Balance Sheet and headcount) for the Infra division globally Preparing monthly analysis of direct expenditure, explaining variances and reporting trends Providing guidance on appropriate treatment of expenditure to the Infra division in respect of applicable Accounting Standards Policies Ensuring appropriate transparent cost allocation to clients, working closely with both the Infra division Chief Operating Office organisation Risk’s clients by understanding allocation methodologies Delivering on all global and regional reporting requirements Actively supporting Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting and Annual Budgeting process Your skills and experience Professional qualification such as Associate Chartered Accountant, educated to Tier I Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification/work experience. Relevant post-qualification experience beneficial Strong Communication skills, specifically, influencing ability.
