Foster and sustain strong client relationships by delivering personalized solutions and exceptional service.
Stay updated on market trends and property values to provide accurate and timely advice.
Uphold legal and ethical standards within the real estate industry to ensure professional conduct.
Respond swiftly to client inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up to address their needs.
Keep precise records in the CRM system to support effective client management and tracking.
Ensure all transactions are compliant with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and legality.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the company's growth and success.


Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
Proven track of successful sales record.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Pleasant and trustworthy.
