Location: Dubai

We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a track record of strong
sales performance for one of our prestigious real estate clients in Dubai, specializing in
luxury homes.

Job Summary: -
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with
high-net-worth individuals seeking luxury properties in Dubai. This role offers a highly
attractive 50% commission on sales, providing significant earning potential. This is a full-time
role for a Sales Partner at a real estate agency located in a prestigious 5 Star Hotel in the Heart
of Downtown, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
 Sales Generation: Identify and approach potential clients, presenting luxury properties
that meet their needs and preferences.
 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
offering personalized service and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
 Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and
competitive landscape to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
 Property Showings: Conduct property tours and viewings, showcasing the unique
features and benefits of each property.
 Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring the best possible
outcome for both the client and the company.
 Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation,
ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
 Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement
effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualification –
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or
luxury goods.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is
preferred.

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market in Dubai.
• Other: Must be presentable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a valid driving license.
