Job Title: Head - Technical Sales & Marketing (Industrial Products) - MENA & APAC & Latin America Region (Consulting Role - Commision/Incentive based)

Responsibilities

Topline and Revenue Generation:
Drive initiatives to increase top-line revenue through strategic sales campaigns and partnerships. Implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue generation and meet financial targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve revenue outcomes.

Sales & Marketing Leadership:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture. Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the industrial products sector, including the MENASA region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Vendor Procurement Management:
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor contracts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors to ensure the best terms and conditions. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, implementing improvements to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.

Order and Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order processing, inventory management, and logistics. Address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless supply chain operation

Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Analyze market data to develop insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, vendor management, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decision-making

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the industrial products sector.
Strong background in vendor procurement management and supply chain operations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for sales and supply chain management.
