Role Description

Rock 1 Builders is a leading Real Estate company now entering Eastern Europe (Montenegro). This is a full-time role for a Sales & Marketing Officer. The Marketing specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing and maintaining communication channels with customers, managing social media marketing, negotiating, closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years work experience in Marketing
Bachelors degree in marketing. A masters degree is preferred.
Passion in sales
UAE driving license and car is a must
Fluency in English
Market Research and Marketing skills
Excellent communication skills
Social Media Marketing skills
Sales skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
