We seeking one who can to contact potential RMA customers to inform them of the RMA offering and to assist them with process of moving their business over to RMA.Duties & ResponsibilitiesContacting potential RMA clients (Heads of Finance / HR / owners or directors of businessInform them of the RMA offering in terms of COIDAProvide support to individuals to move business over to RMAAcquire contact details and engage with person responsible for Workmens Compensation Payments.Follow up on incomplete applicationsEmail information to potential client.Adhering to policies and processes.Understanding the culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture.Desired Experience & QualificationProficient in relevant computer applications including CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.Good data entry skills.A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience customer service.A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ administrative experience - beneficial.12 months or more experience in a call centre role.Proficient in English and a 2nd language IsiZulu or Sesotho COMPETENCY PROFILEAble to work cooperatively with others on a team.Supports change to improve effectiveness.Takes responsibility for own performance.Expresses oneself clearly in interactions with others.
