We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Stock Keeper. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, as well as the ability to efficiently manage inventory and maintain store organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing.
4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments, checking for damaged or expired products, and conducting regular stock counts.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote special promotions or events.
6. Assist with merchandising activities, such as setting up product displays and signage.
7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and make product recommendations.
8. Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cash handling.
9. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including cashiering, customer service, and cleaning duties********Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of the store.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Basic math skills for processing transactions and inventory management.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
