Job description
 
1. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
 2. uccessfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
3. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
5. Actively listen to clients to comprehend their pain points and objectives, then articulate how our solutions can address their challenges and add value.
6. Contact potential or existing customers to answer inquiries about projects or the company.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the properties will add value to their lives and meet their needs.
9. Perform other duties as assigned requirements********Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals********Calling property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing********Must be good in written and communication skills********Analyze and investigate price, demand, and competition. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
