Job Expectations We have an exciting new opportunity at nbn, for a Quality Framework Officer reporting to the Executive Manager Quality Assurance A bit about your role As the Quality Framework Officer, you will be accountable for the lifecycle of the nbn Quality Management Framework. This includes the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of key documentation, processes and quality requirements across the many programs of work. You will have the opportunity to champion a culture of quality driving continuous improvement through your many stakeholders. This will involve supporting various improvement projects and educating business users responsible for managing and operating processes. A bit about you The successful candidate is an ISO9001 Lead Auditor with extensive quality framework implementation and auditing experience. Knowledge in quality management principles, process mapping and business process reengineering is essential. In addition, you have experience implementing risk management strategies and driving quality improvement initiatives. A background working in the Construction or Telco sector would be desirable but not necessary. You have excellent networking skills and good stakeholder engagement expertise.
