Job Description Key Activities/ Deliverables: • Establecer la estrategia comercial de eCommerce implementando principios operativos que desarrollen el canal dentro de la compañía. • Elaborar pronósticos anuales y seguimiento de sell in sell out de BrickClick´s, Last Mile y Pure Players. • Establecer y negociar planes comerciales con cada cadena (definidos en conjunto con Ventas, Trade Marketing y Marketing). • Implementación de campañas digitales de e-Trade alineado con el Marketing Plan • Garantizar fundamentales de venta para mejorar la experiencia de compra a través de perfect store. • Establecer y concretar relaciones comerciales de largo plazo y presencia en las principales plataformas de ventas en línea en México. • Asegurar una correcta administración de la inversión alineada por la compañía con los clientes clave. • Analizar métricas digitales (hard y soft) como: Clicks, Impresiones, CR, CTR, Bounce Rate, ROAS, Demográficos. • Administrar manejo de medios Onsite y Offsite. • Crear reportes mensuales que ayuden en la toma de decisiones estratégicas Competencies (experiences/ Education): Experiencia comercial de al menos 7 años Manejo de cuentas online de al menos 3 años Titulados en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar. (abierto a evaluar otra carrera) Deseable máster en Business Administration (MBA), o máster en Comercio y Marketing. Inglés intermedio (70%-80%). Debe hacer presentaciones y tener juntas con personas en donde el inglés es su idioma nativo.
