The candidate should be: • A design leader who excels in crafting brands characterised by elevated design aesthetics and impeccable visual execution • A strategic thinker who translates consumer insights and business needs into effective design solutions • Experienced in developing brands from strategy to execution, creating visual concepts and designs that align seamlessly with a brand's identity while catering to the requirements of clients and marketing teams • A specialist in designing brand systems and carrying out their implementation, ensuring a consistent and creative output • A discerning eye for detail and impeccable craftsmanship, demonstrating mastery in typography, layout and logo creation • An expert in various digital and offset print production techniques, including experience in packaging design • A collaborator, working closely with clients and marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately convey the desired brand image and messaging • Highly skilled in graphic manipulation, with a mastery of graphic design and layout using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign Capabilities in the following areas will be advantageous: • Mastery of cutting-edge technologies, such as GenAI, Web3, and AR/VR, showcasing a deep comprehension of their potential uses in branding • A good grasp of UI/UX principles and the ability to craft compelling and user-centric digital experiences The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
