- Have a minimum 2 years as a supervisor with same industry
- With a degree in mechanical or architecture or with intensive experience in the same field.
- Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows.
- Excellent in AutoCAD drawing
- Experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to prepare technical drawings is an additional advantage for programmers.
- Analyzes data and reviews drawings and plans to ensure quality of work and project feasibility.
- With good experience in supervising fabrication, assembly, quality standards, and other related tasks related to the job.
- Ensure the shop stays on schedule and within budget.
- Procures and distributes production material to meet schedules
- Co-ordinates sub-contractors involved in the assembly stages.
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Searches for the most efficient technical solutions.
- Provides quantitative data for producing the progress reports.
