We require services of Outbound Call Centre Agent to Sell a range of insurance, financial or other products to potential customersDuties & ResponsibilitiesMaking professional sales call to customers.Knowing the product being sold.Handling and overcoming objections from clients.Following the sales script 100%.Ensuring no risk or fraudulent sales are made.Treating the customer fairly.Understanding the call centre metrics and consistently achieving minimum metrics.Capturing and recording sales call details 100% in the CRM system.Adhering to policies and processes.Understanding the company culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture.Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum Grade 12 CertificateProficient in relevant computer applications including CRM systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.Good typing skills.Prior call Centre sales experience minimum - 6 months 6 months, to one years’ sales experience in insurance (long or short-termPrior sales experience insurance / banking preferably in banking or insurance.Package & RemunerationContract : 3 months posibiity of extensionSalary: R6000 per month for initial 3 months, reduced to R5000 per month with UNCAPPED commissionLocation: Randburg
