Job Description: Job Title- Senior Analyst Reporting Location- Pune Role Description The DWS Client Investment Monitoring - Reporting team. The team is responsible for providing on-going support to the DWS organization for reporting including preparation of standard and customized reports and presentations on DWS portfolios in a timely and high-quality manner. Create dashboards and KPIs to show business performance. Build data visualizations that tell the story of trends, patterns, and outliers. Analyse and integrate existing reporting tools (MS Access) into the BI environment (QlikSense) Interface with internal and external contacts for rapid anomaly detection and resolution finding. Build a strong relationship with stakeholders and understand their business and regulatory requirements. Invent new ways to analyze data to identify trends and gaps to drive improvements in a variety of business areas Partner with data engineers and data analysts to deliver foundational insights at scale that meet data visualization best practices Analyze and synthesize large data sets across multiple inputs Document changes and new established reports Your skills and experience Bachelor degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics or related discipline 3+ years experience as a data scientist, business analyst or business intelligence developer or equivalent Proficiency with data querying and data modeling using SQL Proficiency and experience in designing and developing dashboards and visualizations in Qlik View/Qlik Sense and NPrinting Experience in analytic data pipeline tools is beneficial Experience and ability to effectively gather information from multiple sources Experience in automated self-service reporting/dashboarding tools Understands and can deliver upon data visualization best practices Confidence in dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to operate independently, effectively prioritize work, and demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment English language is required.
