Partner with the best As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for: Being responsible for monitoring progress of parts delivery and producing accurate projections. Ensuring other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer. Coordinating with other functions, suppliers, and operation teams to ensure part delivery on-time in accordance with contractual terms and conditions while maximizing revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing the timing of cash collection. Interacting with customers to assure smooth parts delivery while handling correspondence, providing regular updates, ensuring scheduling and execution of all assigned projects with customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal stakeholders accordingly. Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, college, or high school diploma. Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Services, Logistics, Supply Chain. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Be able to communicate fluently in English, with no language boundaries. Be able to travel domestic, 10% of the time. Desired Characteristics Have Oracle ERP and SAP experience Have oral and written communication skills. Have interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently.
