Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis to monitor the company's financial performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop and manage the company’s budget. Provide financial forecasts and assist in the development of business strategies.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, taxes, and other deductions.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, and manage tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, including the cost of goods sold (COGS), and work closely with the procurement team to manage inventory levels.

Financial Audits: Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.

Financial Software Management: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain financial records, generate reports, and track expenses.

Cost Control: Analyze and manage project costs to ensure profitability. Provide financial guidance to the design and project management teams to optimize cost-efficiency.

Client Invoicing: Manage client invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing for completed projects. Address any client billing inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the decor, interior design, or related industry.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). or relevant
Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to speak English, Arabic, (Good)
