Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Expert to lead growth initiatives in Dubai’s thriving Printing & Packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the local market, a proven ability to drive business expansion, and a strong network within the UAE. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing innovative sales strategies that align with the company’s vision for growth in the UAE and the broader Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Market Research & Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities in the **Dubai** and **GCC** regions, understanding local business trends, government regulations, and industry demands.
- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:** Source and acquire new clients and partners across the **Dubai** and **Middle East** markets, focusing on high-potential industries such as retail, FMCG, and manufacturing.
- **Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, suppliers, and clients in Dubai and the wider UAE.
- **Sales Strategy Development:** Formulate sales strategies to increase market share in the **UAE** and GCC, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
- **Deal Negotiation & Closing:** Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and terms, while closing high-value contracts with both local and international companies.
- **Competitor Analysis:** Monitor competitors in the UAE market to develop strategies that keep the company ahead of the curve.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service tailored to the local market.
- **Reporting & KPIs:** Regularly report on business performance, key metrics, and forecasts to senior management, with a focus on the **UAE** market.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum 5+ years of business development experience in the **Printing & Packaging** industry, with a focus on the **UAE** or **GCC** markets.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Strong understanding of printing technologies (e.g., digital, offset) and packaging solutions (e.g., corrugated, flexible packaging, labeling).
- **Network:** Established network of contacts within the UAE’s printing, packaging, and manufacturing industries.
- **Sales Expertise:** Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, close high-value deals, and exceed targets, particularly in the **Dubai** market.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of the cultural and business nuances of the UAE.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in **English** is essential; **Arabic** is a plus.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Tech Proficiency:** Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
