This exciting part-time opportunity is for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Queensland team of Sales Education professionals. Be responsible for delivering the ultimate customer experience and development of new business within the Central, South Gold Coast Northern Rivers region. In this customer focused role, you will work in-field as the technical specialist, managing sales service-related matters with a strong focus on pioneering new business growth.Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Identify new business opportunities to partner withMaintain an established portfolio of long-term customer relationships to achieve growth targets of existing and new range offeringsAchieve ongoing sales KPI’s to ensure brands are effectively promoted to client baseContinuously develop and build brand awareness within your territoryWe are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:Proven sales experience managing a territory and working towards KPI’s with a great desire to grow accounts and develop new businessStrong experience with face to face/online customer serviceProven selling, planning and preparation skillsExceptional time management and organizational skillsTakes accountability and is self-motivated and driven to achieve and succeedIs a quick learner and can hit the ground runningIs a self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skillsIs proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Suite of ProgramsHairdressing or Beauty knowledge or experience (desirable but not essential)Passion for the Hair industry is a must!
