Job Description:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing customer service and managing the front desk activities. They greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors, checking them into classes.
• Answer calls, emails and whatsapp.
• Provide information and handle inquiries about the organization's products or services.
• Schedule and manage appointments, and teachers schedule.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized areas.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry or filing.
• Prepare coffee/teas for clients as requested.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting special events.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid UAE visa.
• Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
• Able to speak and write in english
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts
