We are seeking a passionate, skilled Event Decorator to join our team and bring our designs to life. If you have a keen eye for detail, a flair for aesthetics, and enjoy working in a dynamic, creative environment, this position is for you!
Job Responsibilities
• Design, assemble, and install balloon decor, including arches, walls, centerpieces, and ceiling displays, for various high-end events.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event vision and deliver personalized designs that match the event’s theme and tone.
• Ensure all decorations are completed to the highest standards, with attention to detail in placement, structure, and color coordination.
• Maintain an organized workspace and handle all materials with care to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and venues to ensure timely setup and takedown of all installations.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in event decor and incorporate new, innovative design techniques into your work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during setup and teardown, particularly for larger installations.
• Handle client feedback and requests with professionalism and adaptability.
Minimum Experience & Requirements
• Ability to lift and handle event materials, often in large quantities (up to 50 lbs).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to events.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with standing for long periods and working in varied conditions (indoors and outdoors).
