Job Description: Plan, execute and provide products and solutions that are within scope, meet deadlines and meet or exceed customer expectationsEnsure that the client is kept abreast of progress, issues, risks and milestones reached during a project’s durationResponsible for the quality of digital products and solutions delivered internally (for example, the website) and to clientsIdentify and implement workflow processes to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness of digital projects and productsEnsure the digital team are up to speed with digital technologies and that best practise is implementedRisk managementMaintain the integrity of  development siteEnsure products developed for clients are migrated to live environments in accordance with the milestones in the project plansFinance and administrationMonitor project costs and potential risks against agreed scope and cost, and communicate actual and potential risks internally and with client, aligned with processesEnsure all software and platform licences supporting digital products are on the latest versions and paid forCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless integrated quality products to clientsResponsible for overall quality output of digital products and solutionsMaintain and promote culture and its valuesTake accountability for own development through research, internal and external trainingTake accountability for growing digital service offering and related revenues including through research, being on top of digital and content trends and best practice, and sharing with the broader teamsQualifications: Relevant digital tertiary qualificationSoftware skills:Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OXAdvanced Level: Word, Excel and OutlookHTML/CSS/CMS/WordPress experienceUX/UI and web design3 years’ experience in a similar position or in a digital teamAdobe Creative Cloud software especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver,Adobe XD, MuseResearch and analytical toolsOnline social mediaProven track record of successful digital marketing strategy or digital business development toolsMinimum 5-7 years of working experienc (advantageous)Expert knowledge of digital principles and methodologyFully proficient in all forms of communication in English (and Afrikaans advantageous)Own reliable transport is requiredAble to work after hoursAble to attend meetings at client premisesAble to travel locally and abroad as required
